1. Returns

  • You haveΒ 7 calendar daysΒ to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must beΒ unused, unopened,Β and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in itsΒ original packagingΒ with the seal intact (for safety and hygiene reasons).

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa as agreed).

  • You will receive the credit withinΒ 5-7 working days, depending on your bank's policies.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged bottle or the wrong product, please contact us immediately atΒ +92 3359364922 with a photo of the product.

  • In such cases, we will replace the item or offer a full refund at no extra shipping cost to you.

4. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
