1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan.

• Delivery Charges: 200/-  

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions or courier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipment confirmation SMS/Email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.

• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan for your convenience.

• Please ensure the correct contact number and address are provided to avoid any delivery failures.

5. Damages

• Organixherb is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value our customers; if you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Addresses

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
